Route 66 Dog Collar Patch (Limited Edition)

If something is broken when you receive your order, I would love the opportunity to send you a new patch to replace the defective one at no charge. Please email me a picture of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order, to info@thedetoureffect.com.

If the patch is put through wear and tear and abuse and later develops an issue, in that case I cannot replace it or offer refunds.

Please make sure you read the sizing requirements prior to purchase to make sure the patch will fit your collar. If you made a mistake and it doesn't fit, please email me so we can discuss options. For some patch designs, I do have limited inventory on hand that's slightly smaller or larger than the standard patch. Another option is that I can move the snaps further apart/closer together to create a tighter or looser fit. If none of these options work, I can refund the patch if you return it to me in perfect condition within 30 days so that I can resell. The refund will be processed after I receive it and assess the condition.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. It should be very cheap if you buy non-machinable stamps and send it in a regular envelope. If you want tracking for your return shipment, that is sometimes more expensive than the cost of the patch itself – if you live in the USA and want tracking on your return, let me know and I will email you a special return label since I am able to get cheaper shipping rates. The cost of that label will be deducted from your refund (probably a deduction of $5-8 for USA shipments). I can't offer this for international.
