A Hitchhiker's Guide To GETTING STRANDED.

This is not a wanderlust blog.

This is a wander-lost blog, full of duct-tape solutions, holes in soles, lack of planning, accidental trespassings, diversion tactics, loitering, getting stranded, alcoholic fishing boat workers, rivalries in the circus community, midnight ice lake plunges, immediate regret, fear of moose, but an even greater fear of missing it all.

I recommend getting stranded yourself, but if you'd rather not, maybe some of the things I've learned can help you in a bind. At the very least we can listen to some music along the way.

Disclaimer: the most responsible course of action is to take none of my advice.
